Allow me to explain:  Focusing primarily on LinkedIn, I created a marketing plan to establish, then grew my business.  After many years, I reached the maximum number of 30,000 first-degree connections on LinkedIn.  Even though it is stated clearly on my Profile that I cannot accept any more invitations, over 400 LinkedIn members have sent me requests to connect.  More importantly, because we cannot connect, over 1,400 members who are not my first-degree connections, have chosen the only alternative available, to "follow" me in order to be informed of my activities on LinkedIn.  My over 150 articles have been read more than 350,000 times. including viral articles which resulted in appearances on, among others, Fox Business Network and CNN's Headline News.  And I have further augmented my brand by securing media coverage which I promote on LinkedIn.

  • Create a personal Profile for you.
  • Create a Company Page for the business.
  • Regularly update Profile and Company Page with "PR" news.
  • Invite all LinkedIn members in an agreed upon geographic area and industries to connect.
  • Send personalized agreed upon messages to new connections.
  • Send requests on your behalf to join relevant LinkedIn Groups.
  • Write or edit articles to be posted on your Profile and Company Page and promoted in your Groups.
  • Write and post updates, such as sharing professional articles.
  • Write captions for and post photos relevant to your business.
  • With permission, start Discussions in your Groups on relevant business topics.
  • Create a Twitter account either for yourself or your business in order to promote your LinkedIn articles, speaking engagements, and media coverage,  including podcast appearances.
  • Open an account for you on Help A Reporter Out, to connect you with reporters. (There is no charge for the account.)
  • Open an account for you on the podcast site, BlogTalkRadio, and reach out to podcast hosts to try and secure interviews for you. (There is no charge for the account.)
  • Interview you on my own podcast, Bruce Hurwitz Presents, both to promote your business but also as a training tool for future interviews.
  • Open an account for you on HootSuite.com to schedule regular updates about your on-line activities. (There is no charge for the account.)
  • Try to secure for you speaking engagements at local houses of worship, civic organizations, etc.


While you will have to commit to a minimum three-month program, the exact fee will be based on the particular services you choose.  The maximum charge will be $3,000 a month, dropping to $1,000 a month beginning with the fourth month.
